A-Z About Me (Sort of Book) Tag

Hello friends and welcome to my blog!

Instead of doing an average introductory post, I decided to do it in the form of an ‘A-Z About Me (Sort of Book) Tag! I recently read Geetanshi’s tag (which you can read here) and thought this would be a fun way to introduce myself and include some things I wouldn’t have thought to include myself. Hopefully, you will get to know me better through my posts, but this is a good place for us to start.

A – Age: 19

B – Book(s) you are reading: I *finally* started reading The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid yesterday and I have to say I’m completely hooked already!

C – Chore you hate: I’m not a fan of hoovering. It doesn’t take long but I don’t enjoy it.

D – Dessert you love: Warm chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice-cream is BY FAR my favourite dessert. If it’s on the menu, you can guarantee that will be my choice.

E – Essential start to your day: I have to brush my teeth and wash my face before I do anything else. I feel gross if I don’t do this immediately.

F – Favourite author/book: My favourite book I have ever read is Me Before You by Jojo Moyes. The story is gripping and the characters are so realistic. The way the book is written is so beautiful and I 100% recommend it to people who love a good romance.

G – Gold or silver: Silver. I don’t suit gold at all, I’m too cool toned.

H – Height: 5 foot and half an inch (that half an inch is very important…)

I – Instrument you play: Ukulele! I have (properly) been playing for about 8 years now. My little Ohana has lovingly been named ‘Eddie’.

J – Job title: Currently, I’m unemployed, but I recently finished an extended diploma in business and I’m trying to get a job.

K – Kids? : Not for a while…

L – Living arrangements: I’m living with my parents at the minute.

M – Most overused word in your vocabulary: I can’t stop saying bestie. I use love that a lot too.

N – Nicknames: I was called Bunny in school (one of my friends said it and it stuck), but I’ve also gone by Cloudy.

O – Overnight hospital stay other than birth: I was in hospital overnight when I was about 3/4 after I went to France and got ill. All I remember is reading little magazines about cartoons and colouring in Disney characters so all in all a good time really.

P – Pet peeve: I get annoyed when people chew loudly and when people are late. They really get on my nerves.

Q – Quote you like: “A thing isn’t beautiful because it lasts” – This is actually a quote that Vision says in Avengers: Age of Ultron. It’s a small quote but one that stuck with me.

R – Right or left handed: Right.

S – Siblings? : Nope. I always wanted an older brother when I was little (I didn’t understand how siblings worked).

T – Time you woke up today: 8:10 am.

U – Unique thing about you: I have a pet tortoise and my party trick is that I can do the worm.

V – Vegetable you love: Broccoli is and probably always will be my favourite veggie.

W – Worst habit: I bite my nails… It’s not the worst habit in the world but definitely one that I need to stop.

X – X-rays you’ve had: My teeth! I had one when I got my braces.

Y – Yummy food you make: I’ve been known to make good chicken ramen.

Z – Zodiac: I’m pretty much your average Cancer! I don’t know a lot about astrology but I find it interesting.
